SHSA supports educational enrichment programs at Schallenberger through a combination funding and volunteer leadership, coordination and countless hours of teamwork.

Programs that benefit all students include:

• Extended school library hours and upgraded media center
• Montalvo Arts Center
• Starting Arts
• Art Vista
• Project Cornerstone
• Recess 101

Programs that are optional, promoted through SHSA but participation is funded by parents are usually outside of school hours and include:

• Band (new in 2014!) (Grades 3 – 5)
• Before School Choir (Grades 1 – 5)
• Girls on the Run (GoTR) (Grades 3 – 5)
